1. These terms
By using qumaxa.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by QUMAXA IT SERVICES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as Qumaxa ("Qumaxa", "we", "us"), of Johar Block-20, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi East, Karachi, Pakistan. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is for
The Site describes Qumaxa's services and products and lets you contact us. Information on the Site is general and for your information; it is not a quotation, a contract or professional advice. Any engagement between you and Qumaxa is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Our products
OCRDocFlow and the AR Automation Console are separate services. Access to and use of them is governed by their own terms, presented when you sign up or install them. Descriptions on this Site distinguish features that are currently available from features that are planned; planned features are statements of intent, not commitments.
4. Your use of the Site
You may browse the Site and submit genuine enquiries. You must not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated means to scrape or submit content at volume.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Qumaxa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify or redistribute Site content without our written permission. Qumaxa, OCRDocFlow and the AR Automation Console names and logos are marks of QUMAXA IT SERVICES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Third-party names (for example Oracle, SAP, ERPNext, Odoo, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or expertise; no endorsement is implied.
6. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
