Document processing software by Qumaxa

From scanned document to structured data.

Upload an invoice, voucher or business document. OCRDocFlow reads it, extracts the fields that matter, and hands your team clean data to review, correct and export — instead of a PDF to re-type.

Try it without an account — 3 documents a day (up to 1 MB each), free.

Watch

OCRDocFlow in about a minute

A short walk-through from Altaf Khan: what we do, how we work and where it fits.

Altaf Khan, Qumaxa — about a minute on OCRDocFlow.

The problem

Hours of re-keying, and errors that surface at month-end

Finance, procurement and admin teams still spend hours re-keying data from PDFs and scans: invoice numbers, dates, vendor names, line items, taxes, totals. It's slow, it's error-prone, and the people doing it have better things to do.

What OCRDocFlow does

Six steps from scan to spreadsheet

A simple, secure web application.

  1. 1. Upload

PDF, JPG or PNG — single documents or scans containing more than one invoice.

  2. 2. Read

OCR built for printed documents, in English and Arabic. Arabic accuracy varies more than English — we say so.

  3. 3. Extract

Invoice number, dates, vendor, customer, line items (description, quantity, unit price), discount, tax, totals.

  4. 4. Validate

Rule-based checks flag what doesn't add up, with a detected-language and confidence view.

  5. 5. Review

Your team sees extracted fields beside the original and corrects what needs correcting.

  6. 6. Export

CSV export of extracted invoices by date range and language, ready for your accounting system or spreadsheet.

Roadmap

Technology & API

Built to be integrated

Built with React, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL and open-source OCR (PaddleOCR). Designed so an API for programmatic upload and retrieval is a natural next step — if you need it, tell us; it shapes the roadmap.
